We can carry out the Structural testing of the root section when we carry out the Electrical Inspection of a Street light. The patented technology works using a phase angle technique that can test the full root as per ILE TR22. This instrument has been testing the structural integrity of steel work for over 10 years and is a tried and tested instrument.
