Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR) places a legal responsibility on employers and employees as duty holders to ensure that electrical installations & equipment used during work periods are safe.
To achieve compliance with the law the legal requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 requires proof that an electrical installation or equipment is safe. Electrical Condition Report
